Micelle Innovative Labs (“MIL,” “we,” “us”) is a contract development and manufacturing organization based in Carrollton, Texas. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to micelleinnovativelabs.com and the forms on it.

The quote request and manufacturing transfer review forms on this site collect the information you type into them:

• Your name, business email address, and phone number
• Your company name and website
• Project qualification answers — product category, your current manufacturing situation, what is prompting the change, estimated order volume ranges, timeline, and whether you own your formula
• Anything else you choose to include in a free-text message

This is business contact information collected for business-to-business purposes. We ask for it so we can evaluate whether we are a fit for your project and respond with a useful answer. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, and do not use these forms for personal, family, or household matters.

When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools record:

• Your IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen size
• Pages viewed, time on page, and the links you click
• The referring URL that sent you here
• Campaign parameters in the URL — UTM values (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), and Meta click identifiers (fbclid)

Campaign parameters are stored for the duration of your visit and attached to a form submission if you send one, so we can tell which advertising is producing real inquiries.

Subject to your consent choice, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ads produce inquiries, and the Meta Pixel to measure and optimize advertising on Facebook and Instagram.

These tools set cookies in your browser and share limited event data — such as a page view or a completed form — with Google and Meta, who act as our measurement and advertising providers. We do not send them the contents of your project answers.

Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them in our cookie banner. Formulations, specifications, ingredient lists, supplier details, volumes, pricing, and any other project information you share with Micelle Innovative Labs are treated as confidential business information. Access is limited to the people involved in evaluating or executing your project, and we do not disclose it to other clients or use it to develop competing products.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request, before you share anything detailed. If you are currently working with another manufacturer and are evaluating a change, tell us and we will put an NDA in place first — email info@micelleinnovativelabs.com.

• Service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, email, CRM and sales tools, analytics, and advertising platforms — under obligations to use the data only to provide their service to us
• Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or a lawful government request, or to establish or defend legal claims
• Business transfer — if MIL is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy
• Safety and enforcement — to protect the rights, property, or safety of MIL, our clients, or the public

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward, and longer where a contract, tax rule, or other legal obligation requires it. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention settings of the platform that collects it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it non-identifiable.

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you need to send sensitive technical documentation, ask us about a secure transfer method rather than attaching it to a web form.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@micelleinnovativelabs.com and describe what you need. We will verify your request — usually by confirming you control the email address on file — and respond within the time the applicable law allows. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising outside of the advertising cookies described above, which you can decline through our cookie banner. Visitors in the EU and UK (GDPR)

This site is directed to businesses in the United States, but if you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases for processing are: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries, running our business, and securing the site. Where we need information to enter into or perform a contract with you, the basis is contract performance.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already happened.
