Any manufacturing relationship with Micelle Innovative Labs is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — covering scope, specifications, pricing, minimums, lead times, quality responsibilities, and liability. Nothing on this website is an offer, a binding quote, a commitment of capacity, or a guarantee that we can produce a given product. Pricing, timelines, and specifications are only binding when we confirm them in writing in a quotation or agreement.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for that company.

You may browse the site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You may not:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
