What Determines Whether a Project Is a Fit

These are the factors we look at first. Sharing them up front shortens the conversation considerably.

Product format: Cream, lotion, serum, cleanser, powder, capsule, tablet, stick pack, or liquid — format drives equipment and process.
Formulation readiness: Whether you have a finished formula, a benchmark to match, a concept, or a formula you'd like reformulated.
Quantity: Your estimated first-order quantity, and separately your expected annual volume. Both matter, and they are not the same number.
Packaging: Containers, closures, labels, cartons, and secondary packaging — decided components, or still open.
Timeline: Your target launch or reorder date, and any retail, seasonal, or contractual dates driving it.
Development requirements: Testing, documentation, claims support, or regulatory work the product needs before it can be produced.
